Originally
from Saint Emilion, the Fourtout family has been involved in
winemaking for four generations.
Our estate, which
is to the south of Bergerac, touches the eastern edge
of the Monbazillac region. Our vineyards, mainly on the
plateau, are spread out over a length of 3 kms (2 miles).
Thanks to this, it possesses very varied terroirs, and
by a judicious choice of varieties well adapted to them,
we can obtain a wide range of wines.
The estate produces
wines at different levels of sophistication, from the
simplest to the most complex.
• Clos des Verdots
• Chateau les Tours des Verdots
• Grands Vins Les Verdots
• Le VIN selon David Fourtout |

• Dry White 2002 & 2004 - Silver medal.
• Sweet Bergerac 2005 - Silver medal

To these, we must add regular

and Editors’ choice in the Bettane and Desseauve Guide...)
A 200 sq.m. tasting
hall is provided to allow visitors to enjoy the range
